  An essence without substance or permanent form. One would see it as a shade, something taking in the light around it in whatever shape it chose to be in. Its presence chill the air, or more precisely the souls of those close like the dark wings of death approaching.
  
  Whether it is a timeless being or something that has become so lost from it that it doesn't necessarily follow the same line as others is to be debated. One of the few interactions with the physical world is to somehow be able to possess other beings. It can't control their minds but can send information through their senses and nerves to tell their muscles how to move, or their eyes what it sees.
  
  Its sight can see through anything but can't see light or details or texture or color. If shown a book it could see all the pages but not the writing on any of them. Of course if it saw through the eyes of something else it would see what that being would see.
  
  It can deal death easily, if it's not enjoying itself or finds the host unfitting it will likely be killed in some way.
  
  Essence is the quickest way to describe what it is, or the projection of the memory of a god. The closest and best way to describe it would be the representation of the most base-line characteristics that I (OOC) carry from one version of Ferinzz to another.
  
  
  It's goals for now would be finding a corporeal envelope for itself, and a reason to be kept in the world it roams.
